Shifen Railway Station Sky Lantern - Jan 2013
It was drizzling in Jan 2013. We went to Shifen to light a sky lantern (十分放天灯).
I managed to take a photo of the meaning of the colour of the sky lantern and the price for the number of colours.
We went to a shop at the end of the street and many Taiwan celebrities had visited this shop.
